TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) - Rock- throwing Palestinian youths clashed with Israeli troops in Nab- lus and Ramallah on the occupied West Bank today, Israel Radio re- ported. The demonstrations came a day before the first anniversary of car bombings that maimed the mayors of the two towns.

Troops used tear gas against stu- dents demonstrating at Al Najah college in Nablus, the main West Bank town, Israel Radio said.
