“A formal inquiry this month into the police killing of 13 people in violent protests by Israeli Arabs in October has raised questions about several of the shootings… Umran Asieh, a cousin, testified that he had seen the chase and a gun pointed at the teenager’s head.”

The Or Commission, into the thirteen killed in October 2000. The testimony is from relatives because thirteen of the people who could have given it are dead. No officer was prosecuted.
