Official Denies Unfair Barriers to Return to Palestine. Wireless to Tur NEW TORR TIMES. LONDON, Jan. 29.-Dr. Drummond Colonial Under Secretray.

Shiels, answered a complaint in the House of Commons today that to numerous Palestine Arabs who had gone to the United States after the World War under old Turkish passports permission to return and obtain Pal- estinian citizenship had been refused. Dr. Shiels said that the regulations applied to all persons, whether Jews or Arabs, without distinction.

Palestine "Visas for freely are granted to Palestinians if they prove they still and turn see nailin tenship conditions regarding character and lisease." he said.
