Three weeks after the first Zionist Congress, in the New York Times, reported as an ordinary convention story: delegates adopt a program. The verb in the line beneath is re-establishing, which contains an argument about who the country belongs to and does not have to make it. This is the earliest New York Times clipping in this archive.
