h Palestine Arabs a R Charge Prejudice CI = JERUSALEM, Jan. 29-The Royal Commission of Inquiry continued this week to hear the testimony of witnesses on behalf of the Arab High Committee. Fuad Saba, secre- tary of the committee, testified on the subject of taxation. Replying to a question from a of the Commission, member Mr.
Saba said that, whereas Palestine before the war was predominately en agricultural country, the manda- tory administration had embarked an industrial policy that pro- on tected a large number of Jewish in- dustries This, he asserted, was re- sulting in the raising of the cost of principally for the Arab living, peasants, in order to open the door to more Jewish immigrants.
