PALESTINE ARABS IN PLEA Lebanese Leaders Get Proposal Detailing Settlement By Wireless to THE NIT TORE TIMES. CAIRO, Egypt, Jan.

7-It was disclosed today that when the Lebanese delegation to the Pan- Arab conference here passed through Palestine & group of Palestinian Arab leaders presented to Riad Solh, Lebanese Premier, several petitions in which details of proposals concerning the Pal- estinian problem were set forth.

It was at first believed some effort would be made to appoint a delegation of Palestinian Arabs to the current parleys with Mustafa Nahas Pasha, Egyptian Premier: However, according to well-in- formed sources, the idea of Pal- estinian representation at the talks has been dropped.
