Bombing Outrage in Jerusalem By Wireless to Tar New Yorx TIMzs. JERUSAŁEM, July 14—A Pales- tinian Arab constable was killed and another gravely wounded in an exchange of shots during an at- tack that the authorities charged to Jewish political extremists against district police headquar- ters in the land registry office early today.
The building, in the center of the city, was badly dam-l aged by bomb explosions.
