Most Palestinians killed in Israeli raids were civilians, Amnesty says

The finding, the agent and the source in one line. What lets the sentence carry Israeli raids plainly is the last two words: it is Amnesty saying it, so the paper can print it. Which is the same arrangement as the 1987 Courier Post headline that let Israelis killing innocents run because Egypt had said it (CP-1987-003).
