They Plan Agitation Everywhere for Support In Palestine. Copyright, 1923, by The New York Times Company. Special Cable to THE NEW YORK TINES. JERUSALEM, Nov. 13.-The New Palestine Arab National Party this evening published its program, which was decided upon last Friday.
Its mod- erateness is not apparent, but there are verbal assurances by the leaders that their polícy is to co-operate with the administration if the latter is neutral and withdraws assistance" to the Jews. The party's political aims are: 1.
Palestine to remain Arabic, for the Arab inhabitants, free from every for- eign and Zionist right and influence. since the country 1s part of the Arab countries. 2. Arabic as the country's official language. 3.
Non-recognition of the Balfour dec- jaration, the Palestine Constitution, the legislative and advisory councils, and the Arab agency or any other foreign party in particular wi
