PALESTINE YOUTHS SPORTS CONSCIOUS Sirkin, Federation Head, Tells of Activity There-Arranging Soccer Tour in U. S. Despite the unsettled conditions, activities organized all sports of kinds are continuing in Palestine, according to Leib Sirkin, a director of the National Hapoel Sports Fed- eration of Palestine.

Sirkin, who has just arrived in this no spring man of he Hop Hapoel soccer team in the United States, yesterday said at the Hotel Com- that modore regularis scheduled games between British Army and police, Arab and Jewish teams had been held until recently.
