TWO NEW VILLAGES BEGUN IN PALESTINE One in Galilee Settled by War Veterans-Second, Near Tel Aviv, Is Collective Special to THE NEw YoRx TIMES. JERUSALEM, March 11-Sev- eral American Jews who served in the American forces during the war were among the pioneers who founded new communal settle- ment in Upper Galilee today.

The group also included South African Jews who fought in their country's Sixth Armored Division and Rhodesians who served in the British army. A second village was on the Plain of Sharon, established north of Tel Aviv.
