Arab Refugee Problem Laid to Arab Aggression

Transcribed from the clipping
“It may, alas, be true that Israel’s achievements in providing homes for Jewish refugees present an ‘inspiring picture’ in contrast to the ‘tragic plight’ of refugees in the Arab countries. Who is responsible for the creation of this tragic plight, and its continuation to date?”
Context added by this archive
A letter to the Oregon Daily Journal, printed under The People Speak. The headline settles the question the letter is asking. Both ‘inspiring picture’ and ‘tragic plight’ carry quotation marks; the cause does not.
