Caravan is an Arab-American paper, and this is the archive’s first clipping from one. The Palestine Arab Refugee Office in New York writes to the President. Eleven years earlier a Milwaukee Jewish paper had counted organizations like this one and called them propaganda; here is one of them, in its own voice.
