Israel's Conquest of Land Adds to Water Supplies

Transcribed from the clipping
“Israel’s conquest of the Golan heights has added a dividend to this country’s precious water supplies, and Israeli engineers have begun collecting it… the water may be sweet enough so that as much as 320 million cubic feet may be obtained, adding almost a third to the total supply.”
Context added by this archive
Seth S. King, datelined Gadot. The headline says conquest without flinching and then files it under resources. A third of a country’s water, counted as a dividend, four months after the territory it sits under changed hands.
