“A cabinet vote endorsing a bill that would bar Israeli Arabs from buying homes in Jewish communities built on state land… The court decision was handed down in a case involving an Israeli Arab, Adel Kaadan, who was turned down when he applied to buy land to build a home in the Jewish village of Katzir in Galilee.”

Adel Ka’adan applied to build a house and spent seven years in court to be allowed to. He won in 2000. This is the cabinet voting to undo it.
