“Beirut, Lebanon, Oct. 14 (AP)—Lebanon and Syria published announcements today that they have recognized the Palestine Arab government set up at Gaza, Palestine.”

The fifth printing, and the furthest from the copy. Two sovereign states recognised a government; this headline says the government was reorganized. Nobody recognises anything in it, and the two states are gone. The forty words underneath are word-perfect.
