“President Clinton and Secretary of State Madeleine Albright met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat at the Wye River Conference Center in Queen Anne’s County to work toward an Israeli-Palestinian agreement that will allow negotiations that hopefully lead to a lasting peace.”
