• Palestine Arabs Protest Smuggling JERUSALEM, Palestine, Oct. 26. (A) Arabs of Palestine went on strike in protest against al- 1 leged arms smuggling by Jews and inaction by the government. The call was issued by five Arab political parties. The strike, coinciding with the Jewish Sab- bath, started in orderly fashion, but there was almost complete stoppage of activities.
