T.-The British plan for partition of Pal- estine into an Arab State and a is "fraught Jewish State with gravest danger," a report made pub- llo today by the Foreign Policy As- sociatlon declared.

If Great Brit- ain is to carry out its mandatory : responsibilitles In Palestine, the re- port also asserted, it must stamp out "Arab terrorism."
