Palestine Arabs To Seek Lands JERUSALEM, Jordan Sector (AP)-Ahmad Shukairy, long- time spokesman for Palestinian Arabs,, has announced crea- tion of "the Palestine Liberation Organization" to work for re- turn of lands now held by Israel. The organization was formed by 400 delegates to a Palestine national conference, which elect- ed Shukairy as its president.
He is a Palestine-born Arab who has represented both Syria and Saudi Arabia at the United Na- tions.
