Ahmad Shukairy announces creation of the Palestine Liberation Organization

AHMAD SHUKAIRY, long-time spokesman for Palestinian Arabs, an- nounced Friday creation of "the Pal- estine Liberation Organization" to work for return of lands now held by Israel. The organization was formed by 400 delegates to a Palestine na- tional conference, which elected Shu- kairy as its president.
He is a Pales- tine-born Arab who has represented both Syria and Saudi Arabia at the SHUKAIRY United Nations.
