The South African Negro is a man of an utterly different race and level of civilization than the white... Apartheid is such an attempt. It is a separation of the races in order to solve various ethnic problems... One of the most intelligent and just appreciations of apartheid is found in the works of a Zionist author, Paul Giniewski, who emphasizes that Zionism is basically an application of the same principle of pure ethnic separation, as regards the relationship between the Israelis and the Arabs. This, Israel has in common with South Africa: because of her policy, she, too, has to justify herself in the eyes of the world.
