“GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip — Israeli airstrikes killed three senior commanders of the Islamic Jihad militant group and 10 civilians in the Gaza Strip early Tuesday… Among the dead was Jamal Khaswan, a dentist, along with his wife and son… Dawood Shahab, an Islamic Jihad spokesman, said the group would respond… Israel said it had targeted the commanders over rocket fire…”
