“GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip — Thousands of Palestinians took to the streets across the Gaza Strip on Sunday… ‘Where is the electricity and where is the gas?’ the crowds shouted… Qatar distributes $100 to needy families, but a fee of about $15 is deducted… Hamas seized control of Gaza in 2007…”
