Norman Hapgood, former United States Minister to Denmark, speaking yesterday before the Intercollegiate Zionist Association at 132 West Seventy- second Street, at the first of its regular Sunday afternoon forums and tras, gaid that while he had not farniliarized him- self to any great extent with Palestinian affairs since 1817, most of his time being taken up with the Russlan situation, there would be no difficulty on the part of the Zionists to gei Jews to go to Palestine and establish a Jewish na- tlonal homeland.
