Censor News, Photos Out of Palestine
Associated Press

Transcribed from the clipping
“JERUSALEM (Delayed) — (AP) Rigid censorship of all news and pictures has been imposed by Haganah throughout Jewish-held Palestine. Photographers have been threatened with arrest if they try to bring cameras into Jewish Jerusalem. Censorship of news stories is being handled by the newly formed ‘Haganah military censorship office.’”
Context added by this archive
The same Jerusalem dispatch the same day, with the censor removed from the sentence. Somebody censors; the headline does not say who.
