“While not disclosing their number, he expressed regret. Dr. Izzat Tannous, director of the Palestine Arab Refugee Office in New York, telegraphed the protest to the president of the General Assembly, Prince Wan Waithayakon of Thailand.”

Dr. Izzat Tannous, of the Palestine Arab Refugee Office in New York, is named. The same office appears in this archive again in 1956 writing to Eisenhower.
