Rocket hits Arab bus, kills one; police blame Jewish terrorists New York Times News Service JERUSALEM - Unidentified terrorists fired an anti-tank rocket into a crowded Arab bus in central Jerusalem yesterday. killing one Arab youth and wounding 10 other passengers.
The Jerusalem police chief, Avraham Turgeman, said early in- dications were that the attack was perpetrated by Jews seeking re venge for the murder last week of two Jewish students on the West Bank. He said three men, all Jews, had been detained for questioning after a police sweep through the neighborhood, but that no arrests had been made.
