Transcribed from the clipping

“Israel agreed Monday to disarm settlers in parts of the occupied territories as part of a concession package aimed at coaxing the PLO back to the peace talks… Under the measures announced Sunday, up to 30 settlers were ordered disarmed and 15 were banned from the occupied territories. Five were ordered detained without trial for three months.”

Context added by this archive

Thirty disarmed, fifteen banned, five detained without trial. The administrative detention that appears throughout this archive applied, for once, to settlers.
