Israeli army incursion into Gaza refugee camp leaves 10 dead

Context added by this archive
Israeli army is in the first two words, which the Ventura County Star the same day left out (CP-2002-019). What it gives up for that is the verb: an incursion that leaves ten dead has the deaths as something found afterwards, like litter. Put the two headlines side by side and a reader can have the actor or the act, not both.
