“JERUSALEM — Israeli forces killed three Palestinians, including a local militant leader, in a raid in the occupied West Bank on Tuesday… Nabil Abu Rudeineh, a spokesman for the Palestinian president, condemned the raid… The Palestinians and much of the international community consider Israel’s West Bank settlements a violation of international law and an obstacle to a peaceful resolution of the decadeslong conflict.”
