WELCOME KAISER TO ISLAM. Palestine Natives Think Emperor Is Con- vert to Prophet's Religion. London, Feb. 6.-A dispatch to the Daily News from Cafro says, on the au- thority of a missionary who has arriv- ed there, the Turkish military prepara- tions point to apprehension of a British invasion of Palestine.
The hills around Nazareth, the cor- respondent says, the missionary told him have been fortified, and that roads suit- able for the transport-of heavy guns are being constructed from Acre, Syria, to Mount Carmel, There is a general belief among the natives still, according to the missionary, that Emperor William has been convert- de to islam and will undertake a pil- grimage to Mecca.
