Eleven numbered points of Arab rejection, among them: in the proposed Jewish state there live 325,000 Arabs compared with 300,000 Jews; the greater portion of the fertile coastal land has been assigned to the Jewish state, leaving the arid, rocky and infertile mountainous portion to the Arabs; of nearly 1,000,000 Arabs in Palestine, only about 570,000 would fall inside the proposed Arab state. Miller flew to Palestine and back to London to obtain uncensored dispatches.
