The Arab people 'hold the American Government principally responsible for the present tragic situation in Palestine,' Amin Mumayiz, minister in the Iraq Embassy at Washington, said. He warned that unless the United States re-established the good will in the Middle East the success of the Marshall plan in Europe would be jeopardized.
