Representatives of 11 Arab nations asked Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold to investigate the recent slaying of Arab inhabitants of Israel. The Arab bloc called the U.N. chief’s attention to "the crime of Genocide" October 29, when Israeli border policemen killed 48 Arabs in the village of Kafr Kassem.
