Palestinian Apartheid To the Editor: "A Forecast for Israel: More Arabs Than Jews" may or may not be cor- rect in placing an Arab majority within Israeli-controlled territory in the future. But it is surely wrong to suggest that the South Africanization of Israel is in the future.
