“PLANS IDEAL PALESTINE. Achooza Corporation Lays Land System Before Zionists. SPECULATION IS PROHIBITED. Jewish Congress To Be Asked To Give $5,000,000 To Aid In Colonization Scheme.” “The Achooza, the Palestine Company organized under the laws of New York, yesterday morning laid its plans for the realization of Zionists' ideals upon the table at the Academy of Music.” Mrs. Joseph Fels of New York “spoke on the advisability of a single tax for the colonies of Palestine.” “Purchasers of land certificates who settle in the colonies must use the land for agricultural purposes.” “Jewish soldiers, who at the close of the war will have no homes to return to, will be granted the privilege of settling upon the lands of Palestine. These soldiers, according to present plans, will comprise an agricultural army.”
