Palestine Arab Executive Makes Issue of Haifa Court Sentence London.-(J.T.A.)—The sentence of one month in jail, imposed by the Haifa city court on 42 Arab villagers for preventing Jews from plowing the land at Jidra, is being made an issue incident.

The National Political League, an organization known as anti-Zionist, circulated recently in the London press a telegram from Palestine Arab Ex- ecutive commenting on the Haifa court sentence. The Palestine Arab Executive claims in its telegram that the Arab Gowana tribe has occupied and owned the land at Jidra for three centuries.

The executive requests the civil ad- ministration not to interfere in legal matters. The telegram of the Palestine Arab Executive also protests against the decision of the Palestine high court concerning the elections to the su- preme council.
