“The greatest obstacle, he thought, in the way of success of Zionism is the attitude of the indigenous Arab, who outnumbers the Jew six or seven to one, has occupied the country for centuries and claims it as his ‘fatherland.’”

The same Sunday-night sermon as the Post Herald printing, covered by the other paper in the same city and printed the same morning. Two independent desks both kept the indigenous Arab; neither reached for a softer word. This printing runs about half the length, and the sentence that got cut for space is the one about removing a large part of the Arab population. On the same page, in the adjacent column, the paper headlined a local arrest Negroes Arrested After Boy Robbed Of 45 Cents And Cigarets.
