“An $800,000,000 program, under the auspices of the United Nations, to resettle the Palestine Arab refugees in the Arab states, is proposed… by nineteen American leaders… $500,000,000 to develop the natural resources of the Arab states, to make possible the absorption of the Arab refugees.”
