“PARIS, Jan. 11 (Reuters).—Lebanese Foreign Minister Charles Helou told the United Nations today the Arabs would accept any form of negotiations in the Palestine dispute if Israel respected UN resolutions calling for the repatriation of Arab refugees. Repatriation of the refugees was ‘the one condition,’ he told the No. 2 political committee, which is considering resolutions on the Palestine conciliation commission. If Israel did that, the Arabs would be willing to become a member of the conciliation commission, or leave decisions to the commission or any other body, Helou said.”
