“JERUSALEM, May 24. — The Palestine Arab executive has addressed a memorandum to the Permanent Mandate Commission of the League of Nations, protesting against the Zionist policy in Palestine. The text of the memoradum was made public here, although usually this is not done before the document has actually been received by the league authorities. The memorandum complains that the British Government has not fulfilled the decisions taken by the Permanent Mandate Commission, that the Arab language is being ignored, that there are too many British officials in Palestine, that the Arab population has not been consulted concerning the Palestine Government’s £4,500,000 loan and that there are no popular executive bodies functioning in the country.”
