The Price of Peace Will Be Paid in Dreams
John Kifner

Transcribed from the clipping
“They treasure keys to homes in the Galilee, where they once lived. Old, tattered land deeds with the tax stamps of the British mandate are passed down the generations with equal reverence.”
Context added by this archive
Written as the Clinton talks collapsed, under the standing head Out of Place. The keys and the mandate-era deeds appear as objects of reverence; the headline calls the right they document a dream to be paid for.
