“NABLUS, West Bank — Israeli forces killed 10 Palestinians and wounded scores of others in a rare daytime raid in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday… The dead ranged in age from 16 to 72… The Israeli military said the raid targeted three militants… Video circulating on social media appeared to show two men, apparently unarmed, being shot as they ran. Lt. Col. Richard Hecht, an army spokesman, said the footage was ‘problematic’ and that it was being examined…”
