WHILE THE DELEGATE FROM PAKISTAN, Sir M. Zafrullah Khan, was giving his views on the Palestine partition issue to the U.N. General Assembly at Flushing Meadows, New York, his address was received with divided interest. Thus, Senor Jose Arce (left), Argentine delegate was caught napping by a candid cameraman.
