P.L.O. Recalls Envoy in Rome

BEIRUT, Lebanon, Oct. 15 (AP) — The Palestine Liberation Organization recalled its representative in Rome today. The move was said to be a protest against the Italian Government's handling of an investigation into the death of a high P.L.O. official, Abu Sharar, on Oct. 9.
