JERUSALEM, May 29 — The Israeli military censor lifted a ban today on the publication of photographs showing two Arabs being led by security men from a bus they hijacked last month. The ban was ended after an inquiry panel found that the men had been beaten to death after their capture.

The key picture, published in today's edition of the newspaper Hadashot, showed Majdi Abu Jumaa, one of the hijackers, being led by two security men whose faces were blacked out. The picture was the first piece of evidence that not all four hijackers had been killed during an assault on the bus.

A picture of a second hijacker, Subhi Abu Jumaa, was published today by the daily Maariv.
