JERUSALEM — Twenty-four Palestinian women held in Israeli jails on security offenses will be released by next week, an Israeli official said Friday. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told his Cabinet on Friday that the women would be released in line with Israeli promises made in last month's agreement on a troop withdrawal from the West Bank town of Hebron.
