“JERUSALEM — The Israeli military said Monday there is a ‘high possibility’ that Shireen Abu Akleh was ‘accidentally hit’ by Israeli army fire… It said it would not open a criminal investigation… B’Tselem, an Israeli human rights group, said: ‘It was no mistake. It’s policy.’”
