Opening line: "This article was subject to Israeli military censorship." Amnon Abromowitz of Maariv, barred from reporting that the cabinet had nearly launched a new Lebanon offensive, published it as historical fiction set in Poland in 1922, renaming Sharon as "Ariel, which means Lion of God." "It was my duty as a journalist to get the story out, so I wrote it as though the whole thing happened in Poland 60 years ago."
